Alpha Med Physicians Enterprises to Break Ground on New Medical Office Building 40,000 square foot prairie style medical complex

Tinley Park, IL - Alpha Med Physicians Enterprises, LLC will mark the groundbreaking of its new 40,000 square foot medical office building, Alpha Med Center, during a ceremony on Wednesday, December 2nd at 2:30 p.m.  The project location and ceremonial site is 17333 S. LaGrange Road.  Dr. S. Javed Shirazi, Managing Partner of Alpha Med Physicians Enterprises, and Mayor Edward J. Zabrocki, Village of Tinley Park, will address attendees and make brief remarks prior to the actual groundbreaking.  The project is cosponsored by Alpha Med Physicians Group, LLC which will be an anchor tenant in the medical complex.

Three highly respected oncology groups from the southwest suburban area including Radiation Therapy Consultants, O'Reilly Medical Consultants and Intermed Oncology Associates have joined together to form Alpha Med Physicians Group.  The group will provide the highest quality and most advanced medical and radiation oncology services to the community including the latest in radiation therapy equipment.  A second tenant will also occupy space in the building and provide the most recent diagnostic imaging services including MRI, CT and PET scanning.

Irgens Health Care Facilities Group is overseeing the development, design and construction of the prairie style medical complex which is slated for completion in November 2010.  PDC Midwest, Inc., a nationally known medical office designer, is the architect/engineer, interior designer, and construction manager on the project.
