Bob Gummer offers his presentation to the American Council of Independent Laboratories (ACIL), titled "New Laboratory Development. A Planning and Design Process for New Laboratories". PDC's President was invited to make this presentation following the successful development of a new corporate headquarters for S-F Analytical, Inc. in New Berlin, Wisconsin. Using an unique programming and schematic design process to facilitate the evaluation of nearly 50 property and building options over three years, S-F Analytical's new home allows double the testing capability in nearly the same amount of building area as their prior facilities.
