SF Analytical Laboratories, Inc. is one of Wisconsin’s largest Environmental, Industrial and Food Analysis Facilities. Founded in 1900, and evolving through the years, SF Labs is an independent commercial testing lab serving testing needs for over 2,000 clients in Wisconsin, the Midwest, USA, Canada, and Mexico.

Their continued growth has prompted them to seek a new site to accommodate their expanding needs. Since the company has only moved twice in 107 years, it was very important for them to find the right location, as well as the right partners to develop the building for their new labs. PDC Midwest worked closely with Dave Kliber, owner and president of SF, to secure the right location and design a plan to meet their requirements. PDC Midwest has designed plans to develop a major renovation to an existing building located in New Berlin, WI.

Special attention was given to the technical aspects required for each for the four separate laboratories. With these new larger labs, the company expects its testing capacity to double from approximately 250,000 to 500,000 tests annually. The new labs will span approximately 15,000 square feet with room to expand to approximately 19,500 in the future. PDC Midwest is currently in the construction phase of the project with expected completion early 2008.
