PDC designed this single level professional office building that sought distinction over several much larger buildings in a typical suburban office park development.  At approximately 16,000 square feet in area, the building has the benefit of a prominent corner location and a strong design statement for a pronounced visual identity.  The design solution is an exterior with a unique blend of masonry, exposed steel, and glass that relates to the office park context while visually separating itself from its larger neighbors.

The exterior design features an elevated entry oriented diagonally to face approaching visitors and a highway view.  A series of large, conventional windows at each elevation leads to this asymmetrical form and accents its presence.   A deep, rich colored Endicott brick is highlighted by horizontal bands of lighter color split face masonry and stone sills.  This integrated masonry form serves to functionally and visually anchor a large exposed steel overhand and its supporting braces.
