Brookfield, WI - PDC was retained to design a new medical office building on North Avenue in Brookfield, Wisconsin for a joint venture development between Covenant Healthcare System, Inc. and Jackson/Netzow Construction LLC. The proposed project involves demolishing two medical office buildings currently occupying the 4-acre site. A third existing building will be extensively remodeled and incorporated into the final design. Once completed, the 55,000 square foot Brookfield Medical Building will be the future home for several medical practices.
Elmbrook Internal Medicine and Occupational, Physical & Speech Therapy occupy the entire second floor.
